Meet The Team!

We have an amazing community, of over 1000 people, brought together by a love of travel and supporting each other to succeed.

Not only do we love to travel independently with our families, but we also get to meet up and travel together - (and call it work!), attending events in the UK and around the world. Recent trips have been to Monaco, Atlanta, Dubai, Sorrento and Orlando.

  • I am a busy full-time working business owner and mum – I also travel extensively for both business and pleasure, so when I came across an opportunity online to build my own travel business, I was curious and jumped in. I have to say I have not looked back we book our own travel and for others. I enjoy mentoring and helping others so over the last 18 months I have introduced almost 500 families based in the UK, USA and Ireland to the business. We all work together as a team now to help others earn from travel and have a lot of fun in the process!

    This fits in with my life. I run it from home and abroad, alongside my other business, my family, and home. We travel more than ever and earn when we do. I earn an additional income (which is completely uncapped) and now I am intent on helping as many people as possible have access to this incredible opportunity.

    What began as an experiment is now paying dividends - enabling me to build rewarding connections with like-minded individuals who are also looking to embrace a lifestyle and business that offers both immediate rewards and benefits into retirement, and I’m having heaps of fun doing it! Thanks to the fabulous opportunities this business provides, I run my own business from anywhere in the world, on my own schedule, traveling often and in style, all while building passive income and generational wealth and helping others do the same.

  • Hi, I’m Kim Ford.

    I’m a wife, mum to two busy teenagers, and I’ve worked in accounts for the past 12 years.

    I started my travel business 4½ years ago purely for the travel benefits and wasn’t looking to earn an income from it. But once I learned more about the network marketing side and realised I could earn flexibly around my family and work commitments, I decided to give it a go.

    Fast forward to today, and I’ve built my business to the point where it now brings an additional full-time income into our household. It has allowed us to travel far more than we ever did before and has given me opportunities I never expected.

    I also love helping others discover what they can achieve through this incredible industry and supporting them on their own journey.

    I’m incredibly grateful that I followed my heart, said yes to the opportunity, and that a good friend shared it with me in the first place.

  • I’m Laura, wife to Dean and mum to Leah, 22 and Ollie, 20. I work full time as a PA and have been in the travel business for 4 and 1/2 years. My biggest success so far is achieving the rank of Director in the marketing business.

    I started my travel business at the start of 2022 and have not looked back!  I have previously worked in the travel industry and always loved it.  My children are now adults and I wanted to do something for me and something that I enjoyed rather than just work to pay the bills.

    Something that I did not expect to gain was a whole new group of friends -  the community, the support and the fun we have  is invaluable!

  • “I’ve always been the holiday booker for my family and I love hunting around for the best deal, so when I realised I could be earning commission from something I already enjoyed doing it was a no-brainer for me.

    What also appealed to me was the flexibility - it’s my business so I work it to suit me. Life is busy with a 4 year old and 7 month old and my husband works long hours in the city. I work on my travel business when my youngest naps and when both girls are in bed. I love that I can bring in an extra income without it impacting on precious time with my family. The flexibility also means I can continue with my travel business when I return to my job in financial services when my maternity leave ends. My only regret is that I didn’t take a chance on this opportunity sooner.”

  • I joined the business at a time where my health had taken over my life. Having such unstable health meant I couldn’t work your typical job, I needed flexibility around hospital, and most importantly flare ups. But this is my business and I have the control of working it around everything life and chronic illness throws at me! 

    Owning my own business has given me purpose, freedom, and endless opportunities. I may only be in my 20’s but I know within a few years I will be living a life that I could only have dreamed of. You don’t need to be academic, you don’t need to just fit in, you can be you and do this in whatever way you want! I only wish I’d have found this sooner, not only because of the uncapped income or the fact I’ll be earning in my sleep, but for the support and the community!

  • I’m a wife to Mark and Mum to 2 boys Edward 22 and Henry 19. 5 years ago when Dad passed away I took over caring for my Mum along with a team of carers so reduced my days at my Banking job which I’ll have been at 40 years in August! 

    I’ve been in the business 3 1/2 years now and love it, its flexibility is perfect for me .

    My biggest success in the travel business has to be winning a tour of Malawi, a country that stole my heart like no other ever has

  • I’m Aimee. I’m a deputy head teacher, married and fit my business into pockets of time around a busy life. I still find time for my other passion of food blogging and love visiting new restaurants and experiences, and run several active social media accounts.

    I am happiest when travelling to sacred places and the peace I get when hanging out with fragrant flowers and big trees!  

  • Hi, I’m Nici, Mum to four beautiful children, founder of Blue & Beyond Luxury Travel, creator of Blue Bear & Co. and Co founder of the charity Thumbs Up for Charlie, established in memory of my son, Charlie.

    Before starting my businesses, I spent many years working as a therapist supporting children, young people and adults. Helping people has always been at the heart of everything I do and that passion continues through both my charity work and Blue Bear & Co., a purpose led business providing comfort, connection and support to families when they need it most.

    In September 2025, I joined the travel platform simply to save money on our family holidays and travel more with my family. What I never expected was how much I would genuinely love the business itself. The incredible community, personal development, opportunities and friendships have helped me build confidence, rediscover myself and find a new sense of purpose alongside motherhood and my other ventures.

    When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors walking with my Hungarian Vizsla, Harlow, planning our next family adventure or connecting with like minded women who are looking to build something for themselves without losing themselves.

  • John holds the esteemed accolade of being the most senior member of our team at 76! “ As an entrepreneur, I love being able to continue working at my own pace. My wife is happy because we’re making the most of ‘retirement’ and I’m happy because I get the buzz from ‘working’ and the extra income helps fund the travel - it’s a win-win! We spend about six months of the year abroad thanks to the income earned and benefits of this incredible business - you’ll usually find us cruising around, or inspecting vineyards somewhere in the world! The community has kept us connected to the latest travel trends, new hotel openings and must-visit recommendations - wish we’d done it sooner!

    I spend term time working in a secondary school as an office administrator. 

    I’ve always loved showing my kids new places, making memories, and turning those weeks off into real adventures… but I also know just how restrictive holiday travel can feel when you’re tied to school dates.
